Yes, we support the deposit. You can pay 50% of the order amount first, and then pay the remaining amount before the shipping.
If you want to use the deposit to order our products, please email us the product information you need first. We will provide you with an invoice for you to place an order.
Note： The deposit will not be refunded after receipt of the approved drawing.

Orders canceled within 24 hours from the time of placement are subject to a 3% transaction fee. After the 24-hour window, orders will be subject to a minimum 10% administration fee without exception. After 48 hours all sales are final meaning that all orders will not be eligible for cancellation.

Range Hood & Sink

After receiving your order, the hood drawing will be provided for your approval. You can make change before approving the drawing.
Once the hood drawing is approved, we will start the production, and it cannot be changed any way. Since our range hood is purely customized according to the order specifications.
The mounting bracket (mounting plate) is only needed when the vent is installed separately. Since our vent is installed inside the copper hood (stainless steel hood), it does not require additional brackets.
Please push the vent liner into the hood aligning the vent liner with the interior frame of the copper hood (stainless steel hood) as desired. Then, use self-tapping screws to drill through the inside of the vent liner into the copper frame of the hood. Make sure not to puncture the outside of the hood. Please refer to our range hood installation guide for more information.
Usually, we will set a duct opening on the left side of the ductless copper hoods. If you need to set the duct opening on the right side of the hood, please let me know.
Maybe you can use ductless range hoods since they don't need to vent to your home's exterior and are ductless, you are not required to install them only where there is a duct.
The ductless range hoods operate by filtering the air they suck in and blowing it back out into the room, essentially using a recirculation process.

There are altogether 3 colors and 3 textures of each copper range hood and copper sink, based on which there are 9 combinations, which are: Smooth-Natural copper, Smooth-Antique copper, Smooth-Oil rubbed bronze, Light hammered-Natural copper, Light hammered-Antique copper, Light hammered-Oil rubbed bronze, Beehive-Natural copper, Beehive-Antique copper, Beehive-Oil rubbed bronze.
The material of all the copper products offered by SINDA is pure virgin copper instead of copper alloy, which is the material advantage of our corporation, we spray varnish on each of our copper products to prevent them from oxidation, which makes our copper products look shinier and luxury than others.
We don't recommend that you install the range hood by yourself, and you can hire a pro to install it for you.
The cleaning frequency varies depending on how often do you cook. Generally speaking, washing them once a month is enough to keep them clean. The maintenance is quite simple, just remove the filter and place them in the dish washer, add a mild detergent and then you are done.
On the detail page of the range hood, you will see a drop-down box of hood ventilation types, and then you can choose the ductless version you want.
Not necessarily. If you order the ductless range hood, it can be mounted anywhere.
If the air exhaust vent is on the ceiling or close to the ceiling, the top of the range hood close to the ceiling will be more beautiful.
Our copper product has been treated with a clear lacquer sealant that is tarnish-resistant. Therefore, your copper sink or copper hood will not change color over time.
I suggest you order copper samples and use them to determine which color &texture is close to your sink. If you think our sample is not similar to your sink, please let us know, and we will try our best to make the color &texture of the range hood close to your sink.
